a quarter of a century ago, The Dana B. Kenyon Company was founded as a
family-owned construction company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
Now in the new millennium, The Dana B. Kenyon Company has built more than
5 million square feet of construction projects in dozens of states throughout
the country. We work primarily in the fields of commercial, industrial,
automotive, estate/residential, hospitality, worship and transportation.
As the needs of our clients have evolved over time, so has the depth and breadth of DBK’s service offerings. Now The Dana B. Kenyon Company provides not only pre-construction and construction services; we also offer complete real estate and facilities management services. This allows us to build value for our clients throughout the full lifecycle of their projects - from the earliest conceptual stages, through planning, through construction and managing the facility once it’s completed.
