While some projects may not require a subcontractor to be bonded, DBK requires that you demonstrate the ability to provide Performance & Payment Bond by furnishing a letter or email from your bonding company stating your company's ability to secure bonding for this project.  The bonding letter or email must be submitted by the bid due date and time (earlier is preferred).
